Age Limit: Candidate should be between 18 years to 23 years old as on 01.08.2019. (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
Qualification: Matriculation (10th) Passed. Two years experience in relevant trade / One years ITI certificate in relevant trade with one year experience in trade / Two years ITI certificate in relevant trade
Physical Standard:
For Male:
- Height: 167.5 cms.
- Chest: 78 – 83 cms.
- Race: 05 Kilometers in 24 minutes
For Female:
- Height: 157 cms.
- Race: 1.6 Kilometers in 08:30 minutes
Fees: Rs. 100/- for General/OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC/ST/EsM/Female candidates. Fee should be Fee should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) / Postal Order in favour of Concerned IG/Commandant payable at Bank / Post Office of Concerned RAs/HQrs, Which their State Falls.
Pay Scale: 21700 – 69100/- pm.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test, Trade Test & Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficency Test (PET).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format along with self attested copies of testimonials. The applicant need to send their filled application form to Directorate General, Border Security Force. Three self addressed envelope of size 23×10 Cms with affixed postage stamps for Rs. 41/- bearing name and full postal address of the candidates with PIN Code.
