Delhi Forest Guard Recruitment 2020:- Department of Forests and Wildlife, New Delhi has released a recruitment notification for filling up 226 posts of Forest Guard, Wildlife Guard & Forest Ranger. Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates (SC / ST / OBC)
- For Forest & Wildlife Guard / Game Watcher: Born not earlier than 14.02.1993 and not later than 13.02.2002. (both dates inclusive)
- For Forest Ranger: Born not earlier than 14.02.1990 and not later than 13.02.2002. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Forest Guard: Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
- For Forest Ranger: Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering (B.Sc / B.E /B.Tech)
- For Wildlife Guard / Game Watcher: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
Fees: Rs. 100/- for General/OBC/EWS and There is no fee for SC/ST/Female candidates.
Physical Eligibility for Forest Guard & Forest Ranger:
- Male Height: 163 CMS
- Male Chest: 84 CMS
- Female Height: 150 CMS
- Female Chest: 79 CMS
Selection Process:
- For Forest Guard & Forest Ranger: Selection will be based on performance in the Online Examination & Physical Test.
- For Wildlife Guard / Game Watcher: Selection will be based on performance in the Online Examination.
Pay Scale:
- For Forest Ranger: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
- For Forest Guard: Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200/- (Grade Pay: Rs. 2000/-)
- For Wildlife Guard / Game Watcher: Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-
