| Education: | Qualification : Design/ Construction/ Maintenance/ Rotary Engineer: Candidate should have completed 4 years' full time regular BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical & Production) from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters). Work Experience: Candidate should have Minimum 4 years’ experience in a petroleum refinery, petrochemical, fertilizers unit or in consultancy services company which can execute large and medium size projects in different petroleum plant petrochemical or fertilizer unit . Inspection Engineer: Candidate should have completed 4 years' full time regular BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks. Work Experience: Minimum 4 years’ industry experience and skill set (any of the following areas): Refinery/petrochemical/fertilizer industry, pressure vessels, fired heaters, Atmospheric storage tanks, pipelines. Candidate should have Experience on metallurgy, physical/ chemical testing of material, non-destructive testing of materials. NDT level-II/III certification is preferable. Candidate should have Experience on stage wise inspection for QA/QC of equipment fabrication, insulation, refractory, painting/coating jobs, fire proofing jobs, etc is also necessary. Required Experience on developing quality assurance plans (QAP), working procedures for repairs, checklists for inspection. Candidate should be Well conversant with API 510, 653 and 570, welding inspection, ASME Sec VIII, Div 1, ASTM stds. OISD guidelines & other statutory safety requirements/guidelines which will enhance the person. Electrical Engineer: Candidate should have completed 4 years' full time regular BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks. Work Experience: Minimum 4 years’ industry experience and skill set (any of the following areas): Experience of HT (upto 132 KW) and LT power distribution systems, statutory/ safety requirements, flameproof equipment, substation equipment, HT/LT motors, lighting, GIS, earthing, startup devices like VFDs, Auto transformers, relay settings and relay coordination, area classifications etc. Good Knowledge of electrical codes / OISD guidelines / other statutory safety requirements / guidelines. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of different electrical equipment will be an added advantage for the desired candidate. Candidate should have experience of working with major consultants for handling various level projects will give an advantage. Instrumentation Engineer: Candidate should have completed 4 years' full time regular BE/BTech in Instrumentation Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks. Work Experience: Minimum 4 years’ industry experience and skill set (any of the following areas): Candidate should have good knowledge of project execution including making specifications, understanding design aspects, review offers, review technical drawings/documents, construction supervision, pre commissioning checks, commissioning, trouble shooting, coordination with OEMs etc. Experience in leading a team of Technicians towards Maintenance of all kind of Modern Instrumentation will give an advantage to the preferred candidate. Candidate must have skilled Experience of maintenance and working of DCS system, PLC based Emergency Shutdown System (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB, Siemens, GE Fanuc, AB etc.), Control System Networking etc. A good Knowledge in troubleshooting and Maintenance of all kind of Process, Stack, Ambient and SWAS Analyzers. Knowledge of CMMS Software (Like MAXIMO) and ERP Software, Fieldbus etc.,will be an added advantage. Design & Analysis / Project Process Engineer BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining) with minimum 60% marks. Work Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Operations/Process in a Large Petrochemical plant or a Major Petrochemical Unit within a petroleum refinery in the following areas : Plant startup and shutdowns Operations of large compressors / incinerators/ furnaces/ pumps / blowers. Water/refrigeration systems. P&ID/PFDs. Process safety & safety standards. Petrochemicals in specially designed storage tanks. Petrochemicals dispatch in Tankers/Iso Containers and drums including drumming operations. Hazop and risk analysis and design standards / guidelines Pre-commissioning checks, commissioning assistance. Civil Engineer : BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Work Experience: 4 years’ industry experience. |
